WORK IN PROGRESS
Apprenticeship Grants and Career Trajectories: A Structural Analysis
The Early Career Returns to Apprenticeship Completion and Discontinuation

ABOUT ME

I use administrative data and structural econometric methods to study questions in education and labour policy. My current work examines how government grants affect apprenticeship completion and what drives dropout, with the aim of informing program design.

I grew up in British Columbia, Canada. I studied at the University of Victoria, where I completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours as a first-generation university student. I then earned a Master's degree in economics and spent nearly a year as an economist at Environment Canada before starting my PhD.
